A unique opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join our team in Melbourne, supporting growth with new high-profile clients and recent wins. As Research Manager, you will be a technical expert, leading research projects, including large-scale accounts, and helping build a scalable research pillar for local and global growth.

The Role

Within our Integrated Marketing team, responsible for understanding fans, assessing value, and measuring impact.

As a Research Manager, you will deliver insights to inform strategy, brand growth, and audience engagement. You will manage ongoing research and reporting projects, including questionnaire design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.

  • Develop and implement research strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into marketing strategies.
  • Lead research projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our global sports and analytics toolkit.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers and internal stakeholders.

Identify and develop opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative research, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media.
  • Strong skills in research design, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficient in tools like SPSS and survey platforms.
  • Experience with syndicated data and secondary sources.
  • Passion for sports and entertainment, with a collaborative approach.
