We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our civil engineering design team.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will oversee the detailed design, documentation and modeling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial building developments and general civil engineering projects.

Key Skills & Attributes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • At least 10 to 20 years of consultancy design experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Austroads and relevant industry standards
  • Extensive experience with 12D Model and AutoCAD software
  • Strong expertise in designing subdivisions, roads, hydraulics and earthworks
  • Ability to undertake designs, manage projects and lead small design teams
  • Ability to mentor and coach designers and drafters
  • Autonomy to work with minimal supervision
