Senior Civil Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality engineering and project management services. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on meaningful civil infrastructure projects and be part of a supportive team focused on results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the detailed design, documentation, and modelling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial building developments, and general civil engineering.
  • Undertake designs, manage projects, and lead a small design team.
  • Coach designers and drafters, and work with limited direction.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 10-20 years of consultancy design experience.
  • Understanding of Austroads and relevant industry standards.
  • Extensive experience with 12D Model and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong experience in the design of subdivisions, roads, hydraulics, and earthworks.
