About the Job Opportunity
The Team Supervisor plays a key role within Customer Solutions. This position will see you managing frontline representatives to ensure we deliver excellent service to valued customers each time.
As a Team Supervisor, you will oversee a team of approx. 10 - 13 agents, analysing results and performance as well as determining strategies to improve operational outcomes.
You will be responsible for providing regular performance feedback and reviews, daily coaching, development of staff to move behaviour towards best practice.
The Team Supervisor will also engage with the Customer Solutions Leadership Team to deliver exceptional operational management whilst identifying and leading change through continuous improvement initiatives that create efficiencies and improved outcomes for customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-performing team of customer service representatives
- Implement coaching and training strategies to ensure succession and development planning is in place
- Guide the team through change and evolving change management practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation through quality monitoring processes
- Demonstrate leadership values as a role model and hold others accountable
About You
You are a passionate people leader who enjoys leading, coaching and developing teams to drive continued success.
You have the ability to drive a high-performance culture, think outside the box and have a strong understanding of performance metrics, coaching and development, leading change and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading teams in a Contact Centre environment (desirable)
- Vibrant and energetic personality driven by team success
- Outstanding communication skills, written and spoken, at all levels
- Ability to master a fast-paced and changing environment
