About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Representative to join our team at FIS Australia. As a Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our major Australian banking clients on our Loan Origination Software platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide in-depth product support and research client issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone to provide timely support and resolution to issues.
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Requirements:
- Prior banking or finance experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a similar Product Support role is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate well to clients.
- Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and IIS (Internet Information Services) is required.
- Familiarity with Java or HTML is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills are essential.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
