Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Kilburn. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging learning environments that foster the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, providing exceptional care and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high-quality care and compliance with industry standards, ensuring the well-being and safety of children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
