We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Kilburn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and nurturing learning environments for young children. Your role will involve developing age-appropriate curricula, assessing progress, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children
  • Assess progress and adjust programs accordingly
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
