Strategic Leadership Position

Southern Cross Community Housing Ltd is a leading provider of Social and Affordable Housing in Regional NSW, renowned for service excellence and innovation.

We aim to continue this growth to meet community needs by working collaboratively with the SCH Board.

The Role

This is a remunerated position that requires financial expertise, a genuine interest in and understanding of the Social and Affordable Housing Sector, strong business acumen, strategic ability, good governance understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding SCH's leadership and innovation in the Social & Affordable Housing Sector.
  • Meeting 10 times per year, engaging as needed between meetings, and participating in annual professional development.
