About the Role

The Ivory Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ranger to join their team in the Eastern Suburbs. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in promoting a positive image of the Council and providing excellent customer service to the community.

About the Position

In this role, you will work closely with a team of 7 Rangers and be responsible for enforcing parking provisions, responding to animal attacks and noise complaints, and liaising with the community. You will also be required to undertake business functions associated with record keeping, preparation of evidence, and representing the Council at legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce parking provisions within the Local Government Area
  • Patrol building sites and school zones
  • Respond to animal attacks and noise complaints
  • Report other non-related parking matters to the Council

Requirements

  • A Class C Driver's Licence is required
  • Certificate IV in Local Government (Regulatory Services) or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment
  • Well-developed conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
