Job Title: Water Protection Supervisor

Overview:

Pacific Waterproofing, a family-owned company with over 10 years of experience, offers a unique opportunity for an accomplished Waterproofing Supervisor to lead various jobs and work on site. As a hands-on leader, you will report directly to the company manager, coordinating tasks and assigning responsibilities.

This is an ideal role for someone with extensive knowledge and practical experience in waterproofing membrane systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. A successful candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage workload, and proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application of sheet and liquid waterproofing membrane systems
  • Maintenance and review of existing membrane systems
  • Repair of defective waterproofing systems
  • Installation of angles, flashings, and complementary fittings
  • Completion of Inspection Test Plans

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and experience in waterproofing techniques
  • Ability to manage and assign tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of cementitious waterproofing and concrete repairs
  • Skills in liquid waterproofing membrane application (polyurethane, acrylic, etc.)
  • Proficiency in PVC sheet membrane and Butynol rubber sheet membrane application
  • Torch-on bitumen membrane application expertise
