Job Overview

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This pivotal role requires strong clinical and operational management skills, as well as the ability to foster an inclusive and culturally safe environment for all individuals.

  • You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment and recovery programs, ensuring seamless delivery of care across all aspects of clinical governance.
  • Operationally, you will oversee staff rostering, including managing rosters, filling vacant shifts, and coordinating changes.
  • You will also play a key role in promoting our program, maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, and ensuring effective operations across both units.
