Empower Lives through Critical Support

We support vulnerable individuals and families to enhance their well-being. Our services cater to people with disabilities, older adults, and those experiencing mental health challenges.

Our vision is to ensure equitable access to opportunities regardless of age, ability, or cultural background. We prioritize building strong relationships that foster positive change.

We aim to employ a diverse workforce that reflects the needs of our clients, enabling us to provide tailored support and meet individual requirements.

About the Role

As a Casual Practitioner, you will play a critical role in delivering our After-Hours Service. You will provide timely support to clients, staff, and external stakeholders outside of business hours.

Working closely with Foster Carers, children, and young people, as well as relevant government agencies and stakeholders, you will respond to emergent issues arising afterhours. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the protection and well-being of children and young people, while adhering to legislative frameworks and standards of care.

Utilizing key practice frameworks (training provided), you will effectively respond to and guide callers with urgent situations, such as trauma-based behaviors. The objective is to assist callers with concerns or incidents that cannot wait until the next business day, providing essential support to clients, carers, and staff.
