Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in an expanding organization.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues for internal and external customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues, including software and hardware configurations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service requests and providing regular updates on progress.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the current IT support processes and tools.
- Maintain and update all necessary support documentation.
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of IT asset registers.
- Travel both within state and interstate as required.
- Have flexible availability and participation for all rotating rostered shifts to cover service desk hours (7am – 8pm AEST Monday to Friday).
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role providing IT service desk support.
Formal IT qualifications are highly desirable but not essential.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders both over the phone and electronically.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team, and autonomously when required.
Valid driver's licence.
