Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Implementation Consultant. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for designing and building innovative solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with CFOs, Financial Controllers, and Procurement leads to analyze their business processes and implement tailored solutions. Your ability to understand customer needs, manage projects, and deliver exceptional service will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and document customer needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of finance or procurement processes.
  • Confidently lead and manage implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live.
Requirements
