Job Title: AI and Automation Specialist

The rapidly evolving legal industry presents a strategic imperative for innovation and forward-thinking. To future-proof operations and deliver exceptional client outcomes, investing in emerging technologies is crucial.

  • Play a pivotal role in modernising business processes by embedding AI and intelligent automation.
  • Work across the automation lifecycle, identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and ensuring optimisation and adoption.
  • Contribute to shaping data foundations to support emerging technologies, including large language models and generative AI tools.
  • Provide strategic advice and thought leadership, helping set direction for how to leverage automation and AI at scale.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences through automation.
  • Experience in building and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder, focusing on integrating AI into business workflows and improving productivity through generative and predictive AI models.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange. Experience configuring, integrating, and managing these platforms.
  • Understanding of surfacing and preparing enterprise data for use with Copilot and LLMs. Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with external systems or APIs to support intelligent automation and AI use cases.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools to automate business processes.
  • Ability to build and deploy AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their integration with external systems.
