Job Description:

As an Assistant Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across all aspects of centre operations. You will work closely with the Centre Director to support the centre and team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and improve centre operations
  • Engaging with families and local community networks to build strong relationships and promote the centre's vision
  • Mentoring and developing the capabilities of the centre team members
  • Providing high-quality early learning and care services to children and families
  • Representing the centre in various capacities, including community events and meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field is essential for this role.
