Assistant Manager Role

We're seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Booragoon Concept Store team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer-centric culture, sales growth, and operational excellence. Your creative thinking, business acumen, and passion for our new product range will inspire and motivate your team to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in driving a customer-centric culture, creating an engaging and seamless experience for every customer interaction.
  • Apply commercial acumen to elevate store performance and meet sales targets.
  • Support the execution of visual merchandising plans to ensure brand consistency and sales opportunities.
  • Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high-performance culture.
  • Work with store leadership to drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower, and inspire a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
  • An eye for detail, with a talent for visual merchandising and expressing creativity.
  • Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
