We are seeking an experienced nurse leader to join our team as a Senior Clinical Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to take on a leadership role in our healthcare service.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Clinical Manager will provide clinical leadership in our acute and aged care services, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit. They will be responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow, resource allocation, and adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and direction to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing the coordination of clinical care and operational management of the unit, including staffing and change management.
- Fostering a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and professional development.
- Implementing evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others, build effective teams, and drive positive change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and foster collaborative relationships.
