A key leadership role has become available for an experienced senior nurse to lead clinical services in a dynamic healthcare setting.
This position plays a critical part in the coordination of patient care and operational management of the unit, including workforce planning, change management and quality improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction to nursing staff, promoting excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, resource allocation and adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Foster a positive work environment valuing diversity, inclusivity and professional development.
- Implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimise patient care delivery and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and resource allocation to achieve organisational goals.
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with AHPRA.
- Leadership experience within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of contemporary healthcare practices, quality improvement and regulatory requirements.
