Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Project and Infrastructure Advisory Team at BDO. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in delivering short-term and long-term project engagements, managing project plans, cost models, schedules, risk/issue registers, reporting, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead or work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Business Development: Undertake or learn business development activities, including engaging with clients and tracking potential engagement opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, prepare proposals, and manage tender processes.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project partners, and industry leaders.
- Team Management: Contribute to team planning, development, and maintenance of a high-performance culture, including coaching and mentoring.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Engineering, town planning, transport planning, economics, or other civil or social infrastructure specialisations.
- Experience: Project and/or program management and business case development within civil or social infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Strong collaboration skills, technical planning capabilities, report writing, presentation, and spreadsheeting skills, and experience in managing program/project controls.
