We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Support Workers to join our team of dedicated caregivers.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with daily living needs, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication prompts.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Social support and transportation services, including accompanying clients to social activities, shopping, and medical appointments.
  • Supporting clients in the use of aids and equipment, such as walking frames, wheelchairs, and hearing aids.
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting on progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Australian Federal Police Clearance.
  • A current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • A smartphone with internet access.
