Job Profile

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to bridge the gap between customers, creators and in-house marketing crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach & Coordination: Contact and liaise with customers, content creators, influencers to communicate brief requirements and timelines.
  • Project Follow-up: Own the process from initial outreach to final content delivery—ensuring assets are on-brand, on-time, ready for use.
  • Content Support: Assist marketing team in planning coordinating photo video shoots (including scheduling locations logistics).
  • Production Prep: Help with props scene setup shoot-day support.
  • Logistics: Assist with local deliveries pickups gear organisation to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
  • Great communication skills friendly professional approach.
  • Strong organisation follow-through—you keep things moving.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creators marketing warehouse/logistics teams.
  • Driver's licence preferred (for handling local tasks).
  • Bonus: Experience in content marketing influencer coordination production planning.
