About the Role:
This is an entry-level position for someone with potential and motivation. The ideal candidate will have no direct experience but be eager to grow and develop in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to meet customer needs better.
- Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems to improve negative customer experiences.
