About Our Cleaning Team

We are seeking experienced Room Attendants to work with our partnership hotels in Wollongong, NSW.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our hotel's high standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment.

  • General cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
  • Overseeing the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception and corridors.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Performing tasks in accordance with health and safety obligations.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all public areas are clean, tidy and well-presented at all times.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, sinks and other bathroom facilities.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Working collaboratively with the hotel team to deliver exceptional customer service.
