Senior Caseworker Role with BaptistCare

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Caseworker to join our team at BaptistCare. As a Senior Caseworker, you will be responsible for providing specialist casework to women and children who have experienced family or domestic violence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing evidence-informed group work, support, information, and referral services to clients;
- Conducting client-focused and trauma-informed assessments to identify individual needs and develop ongoing case plans;
- Taking a facilitator role in group work sessions;
- Representing BaptistCare at local network meetings and events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Community Services, Social Work, or a related field (Diploma minimum);
- Experience in trauma-informed practices and working with vulnerable populations;
- A minimum of three years' experience in casework, case management, or client support and/or assessment;
- Proven experience in delivering group work or training programs;
- The ability to work with individuals and families from diverse cultural and language backgrounds;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
