About this role

You will be responsible for leading change management across various projects, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption.

This includes developing strategies to engage stakeholders, identifying risks, and creating targeted communication plans.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop mitigation plans, and implement effective solutions.

Your expertise in project management methodologies and business analysis tools will help drive project success and enhance learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive successful project adoption.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Create clear, timely, and targeted communication to support awareness and engagement.
  • Design user-friendly training materials, including guides, FAQs, and interactive content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust plans and deliverables accordingly to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and implement strategies to support successful adoption.
  • Provide hands-on hypercare support post-implementation, addressing issues and gathering feedback.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change management approaches.

The ideal candidate

Will have extensive experience in change management across technology and business projects, preferably within the financial services sector.

Able to adapt quickly, take on tasks to support project success, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
