Main Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough change analysis and assessments of business impact
- Lead the implementation of successful change initiatives on assigned projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish and monitor project success metrics and criteria
- Create and manage performance tracking systems to measure adoption, utilisation and proficiency
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis for regional teams
- Foster exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive working culture
- Sustain a safe, compliant work environment
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in change management and leadership
- Proficiency in adhering to established change frameworks and methodologies
- Experience assisting Project Managers in navigating change management processes
- Familiarity with project management best practices
- In-depth knowledge of change management principles, tools and techniques
- Proven interpersonal skills and expertise
- Training and workshop facilitation experience highly regarded
- Change management certification highly desired
