Company Overview: Our client is Australia's leading luxury for less beauty brand, delivering innovative solutions that are on-trend, affordable, and premium.

The Role: We seek a VM / Space Planner to review, create, and update planograms using customer data, insights, and business indicators. The successful candidate will have proven strength in Visual Merchandising and point of sale management, ideally in multi-category environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design Strategy: Conceive and implement a visual design brand strategy for temporary point of sale executions across the retail network of Grocery, Discount Department Retail, and Pharmacy accounts.
  • End-to-End Management: Responsible for managing off-location rollouts from briefing to in-store execution.
  • Brief Development: Develop concise briefs for the field team to facilitate seamless POS rollout execution.
  • POS Communication: Compose comprehensive briefs for POS manufacturers while showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field sales, marketing, and account managers to ensure visual merchandising touchpoints consider the entire consumer journey and facilitate omni-channel experiences & data collection.
  • Project Management: Lead project management with local and international vendors and stakeholders.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Grocery, Retail & Pharmacy Experience: Experienced in Grocery, Discount Department Retail, and Pharmacy accounts, particularly Woolworths, Big W, and Chemist Warehouse.
  • Visual Merchandising Fundamentals: 2+ years of experience within a similar role, having mastered visual merchandising fundamentals.
  • Design Background: A background in shopfitting, design, or industrial design is advantageous.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work well with change, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management: Excellent project and time management skills with superior attention to detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Microsoft Suite, and additional program competencies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous product allowance.
