About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Industry Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Sydney's CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual design brand strategies for temporary point of sale executions across various retail networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive visual merchandising plans for temporary point of sale executions, considering customer data, insights, and business performance indicators.
  • Manage off-location rollouts from briefing to in-store execution, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Create detailed briefs for the field team to facilitate POS rollout execution.
  • Compose concise briefs for POS manufacturers, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and account managers to ensure visual merchandising touchpoints consider the entire consumer journey and facilitate omni-channel experiences & data collection.
  • Lead project management with local and international vendors and stakeholders.
Experience & Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in Grocery, Discount Department Retail, and Pharmacy accounts, particularly with Woolworths, Big W, and Chemist Warehouse.
  • At least 2 years of experience within a similar role, having mastered visual merchandising fundamentals.
  • A background in shopfitting, design, or industrial design would be advantageous.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with superior attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Microsoft Suite, and additional program competencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits and Salary

This is a competitive salary package job, offering a generous product allowance. You can expect a salary around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
