Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified Service Technician to join our team in Rydalmere, NSW.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for continuous growth and excellent customer service. The role involves routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment
  • Perform routine testing and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners

Requirements:

  • A high level of communication skills
  • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and follow through to resolution
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach
  • Dedication to high-quality EH&S and Ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with HVAC systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Chiller experience is mandatory
  • Tertiary qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence
  • A current and valid Australian driver's licence
