Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in driving process improvements that enhance safety and compliance.

About the Role:

  • Lead initiatives aimed at strengthening safety culture, operational resilience, and process reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure processes are built, refined, and trained for effective adoption and KPIs achievement.
  • Review operations-based processes to ensure continuous improvement and embedding across the organization.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Sector experience preferred
  • Exposure to and knowledge of modern awards and regulations for ECEC
  • Experience with T&A systems - UKG experience preferred
