As a senior education professional, you have the opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within our department.

The Head of English Department position requires a leader who can drive high-quality learning and teaching outcomes. This involves developing and implementing innovative curriculum solutions that align with our educational vision.

A key aspect of this role is leading a team of educators. As a mentor and coach, you will inspire and support staff in their professional growth, while also guiding them in creating individualised learning plans and interventions for students.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities. A deep understanding of curriculum development, pedagogy, and assessment practices is essential, as is experience in educational leadership within a high school setting.
