The Executive Assistant Principal is a key leadership position that provides strategic support to the Principal in driving educational outcomes and overseeing college operations. This role requires a senior leader with exceptional leadership skills, who can foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and best practice.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster a high-performance college culture focused on continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and best practice
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate strategic teaching and learning objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the school community, supporting the evangelising mission of the Church
  • Stay current with educational trends locally and globally, providing guidance on staff development and capability
  • Oversee the annual professional learning plan, ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality education
  • Manage complex pastoral care and discipline matters as required
  • Lead or support recruitment and selection across all role levels
  • Assist in developing and implementing the college's wellbeing framework
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have attained, or be pursuing, postgraduate qualifications or a Master's degree in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or a relevant educational field.
