Job Title: Senior Education Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Education Leader to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that will commence at the beginning of Term 1, 2025.

This role involves supporting the Head of Junior School – Deputy Principal in the development, administration and implementation of academic programs in the Junior School. The successful applicant will lead teaching teams in the development of curriculum programs using the NSW curriculum and the IB Primary Years Programme frameworks.

  • We are looking for an individual with comprehensive expertise in K-6 teaching, programming, assessment and evaluation of outcomes. Experience in an IB PYP school is advantageous;
  • A strong understanding of current innovative practices and emerging trends in primary education to ensure our curriculum remains progressive and relevant;
  • The ability to develop positive relationships and foster collaboration among teachers and key stakeholders in a K-12 environment;
  • A commitment to Positive Education and wellbeing, with a genuine interest in developing expertise in this area;
  • A genuine desire to work in a committed and professional team within a Christian ethos;
  • Qualification in Education and registration with NESA;
  • Proven leadership skills in curriculum development, innovation and management;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team.
