The Role

The Organisational Development Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement HR solutions that drive organisational change and improvement. This involves developing and executing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures.

  • Drive organisational change and improvement through effective HR strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and the employment lifecycle.
  • High competency using Employment Hero, MS Suite applications.
  • Power BI experience, ideally.
