About the Role

You will report directly to the Business partner and work closely with our leadership team to drive organisational talent and capability.

This includes developing and implementing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and associated initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Bidirectional: Help develop and implement our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and associated initiatives.
  • Influential role: Drive organisational talent and capability through Recruitment, Training and Graduate Development programs.
  • Strategic Support: Assist in implementing a new performance appraisal and succession planning system.
  • Internal and External Focus: Build and support internal and external training and development programs.
  • Mentorship and Counselling: Provide performance management and counselling support to employees.
  • Policy Management: Maintain our position descriptions library, competency matrices and suite of policies.
  • Data Analysis: Contribute to HR reporting and analysis.
  • Business Partnership: Foster strong relationships with key leaders and managers.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably with formal qualifications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR legislation.
  • IT proficiency to support online systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
