We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Guest Service Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading the front office team, and driving revenue growth.

  • Lead the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service and drive revenue growth through effective communication and teamwork.

  • Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively, providing operational support and supervision on shift.

  • Uphold a positive and can-do attitude towards guest and workplace challenges, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure Front Office team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

  • Evaluate team performance and implement improvements to maximise occupancy levels and up-selling opportunities.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and driving business results.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

  • The ability to think creatively and solve problems under pressure, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Sihot PMS software or similar systems.
