Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  1. Supervise and support the front office team across all shifts
  2. Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest issues efficiently
  3. Train, coach, and motivate front office staff
  4. Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  5. Uphold guest satisfaction and property standards
  6. Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in front office/hotel reception, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Proven ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a hands-on can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., RMS, Opera, or similar systems)
  • Flexibility with availability, including weekends, mornings, and evenings
