About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Bright HR. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving sales targets

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Knowledge of the HR industry and its trends and challenges
