About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized solutions for our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Work autonomously and stay self-motivated to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including stock management and operational duties.
  • Be available for a rotational roster with full weekend availability.
Requirements
  • Proven success in consultative sales, with experience in retail or other industries.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs in relation to sales and ability to drive results.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating great experiences for our customers.
