About the Role:

We're seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our In-Home Sales Team on a full-time basis. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Configuring specifications accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid driver's license and ability to work independently.
  • High proficiency in using a PC/Tablet and Microsoft Windows-based programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a multi-site environment.
  • 2-5 years of relationship selling experience in a consultative and in-home selling business or retail environment.
