Senior Specialist Voice Therapist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) team at the Royal Hobart Hospital in Tasmania. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative department working closely with the ENT Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist to provide specialist services to patients referred for assessment and management of voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders.
As a senior clinical role, this position offers opportunities to contribute to service development, hold leadership portfolios, and participate in mentoring junior staff and students from the University of Tasmania's Master of Speech Pathology program. Additionally, you will have access to generous professional development support, including paid travel to relevant events and access to clinical supervision and peer support.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in a relevant field of Speech Pathology, competence in instrumental assessments such as VFSS, FEES, nasendoscopy, and/or videostroboscopy, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration. Leadership and mentoring capabilities, as well as alignment with our organisational values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (CARE), are also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualification/program of study accredited by Speech Pathology Australia

This permanent full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $110,425 to $121,907 per annum, as well as an employer 12% superannuation contribution. You will also have access to salary packaging, including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, and other benefits if eligible.
