About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be working closely with individuals of all ages and abilities, providing therapeutic services tailored to their unique needs.

Your caseload will be diverse, covering areas such as early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

You will manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services, providing early intervention and parent coaching for infants 0-5 years, supporting school-aged children 5-18 years with literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation.

You will also work with adults on functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, as well as rehabilitation for neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury.

You will offer neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population across all age groups.

About You

We are seeking experienced Speech Pathologists who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You will have a passion for delivering high-quality services and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
