Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team, working in Hobart, TAS. This is a permanent part-time (3 or 4 days) position with the potential to increase as demand grows.

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing care to Australians wherever they call home, utilizing your skills and growing as a health professional with continued clinical support and mentoring from senior clinicians.

  • Supporting clients through home assessments, equipment prescriptions, and home modifications for Home Care Package clients.

  • Completing assessments, developing, implementing, and managing programs for Residential Aged Care clients, including group programs, individual sessions, manual handling, and prescribing equipment.

About You:

  • Love making a difference in the lives of Australians, preferably fully AHPRA registered or Limited Registered (remote level).

  • Ideal but not essential experience in a community or Aged Care setting or willing to learn.

  • Comfortable travelling to clients across the Hobart region, providing your own vehicle, with kilometre reimbursement provided for this travel.
