Our organization is seeking an experienced actuary to assume a pivotal role in the success of our business globally. As a Lead Actuary, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our insurance operations and driving strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of actuarial principles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and independence, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement actuarial models for pricing and risk management, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative insurance solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform business strategy and drive growth.
- Advanced actuarial certification (FIAA or equivalent) with at least five years' experience in the Australian life insurance sector.
- Expertise in actuarial modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
