Support the Production Team

The Support Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Production Manager, Producers, and Coordinators in achieving daily production goals and meeting facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Production to delegate tasks effectively to crew members
  • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating communication between departments
  • Accurately record client and Supervisor notes in shot tracking tools and databases
  • Assist with administrative duties and support the Production team as needed
  • Multitask in high-pressure situations and maintain a cool head under pressure
Requirements:
  • A college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or customer service oriented role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior exposure to film industry principles and enthusiasm for VFX career growth
  • Basic understanding of VFX pipeline and workflow (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective time management
