**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a critical role. As our Founding AI & Automation Engineer, you will play a key part in driving the development and deployment of domain-specific LLMs that make every UpGuarder more productive.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual who can leverage their expertise in AI/LLM experience, workflow orchestration, Python & SQL, and vector/RAG expertise to drive innovation and growth within our organization. You will be responsible for developing production-grade integration and automation solutions, leading the development and deployment of domain-specific LLMs, establishing best practices and patterns for AI and automation across the company, embedding security & governance, and enabling widespread adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AI/LLM experience: demonstrated experience leading AI/ML projects from conception to production.
  • Workflow orchestration: hands-on with n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  • Python & SQL: delivered production systems that handle real data and users.
  • Vector/RAG expertise: experience with embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval patterns.
  • Cloud platform experience: deployed and managed systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Training mindset: created documentation, tutorials, or enabled others to use technical tools.
