At Heidi Health, we're working towards a future where clinicians can focus on delivering world-class care without the burden of administrative tasks. As an AI Enablement Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our AI-powered systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional department leaders to identify and scope high-impact automation opportunities across the business.
  • Take the lead on hands-on development of internal tools and workflows using a modern stack including N8N and the Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ship a knowledge retrieval platform and a core automations workflow that maximizes efficiency across teams.
  • Build and maintain critical API connections that enable seamless data sharing between internal systems like Notion, Slack, Hubspot, and Stripe.
  • Deploy and manage AI and automation services on the Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI for model integration and vector databases for internal knowledge retrieval.
  • Act as a technical expert and partner to the Core Product Engineering team, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and well-integrated into existing infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Expert communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A genuine passion for enabling others and a knack for understanding internal business processes.
  • A history of working effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Practical experience integrating with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and an understanding of core concepts like RAG, Model Context Protocol, and prompt engineering for business process use cases.
  • Experience with vector databases and low-code/no-code workflow automation tools like N8N, Zapier, or Make is a significant advantage.
