Automation Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced automation specialist with expertise in Power Platform to design and deploy automation solutions that drive business efficiency.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Power Platform tools. They will leverage AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI capabilities to create intelligent and data-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and deploy automation solutions for enterprise-level processes using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate, integrating solutions across Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Utilize AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI capabilities to create intelligent and data-driven workflows.
  • Ensure all automation solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards, particularly in regulated industries like banking.
  • Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and support for automation solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions within an agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to automate business processes and integrate systems.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for developing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI within the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance practices in enterprise solutions, especially in regulated industries like banking.
  • Experience working in agile teams, delivering solutions within sprints and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure would be advantageous.
