Job Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build and optimize journeys using automated email tools.

  • Build and optimize journeys using automated email tools.
  • Design and deploy email journeys, configure triggers, segments, dynamic content, and decision trees.
  • Test and QA everything to ensure smooth launches.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate based on results.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, product, and retention teams.
  • Maintain documentation for naming conventions, workflows, and logic.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation, hands-on experience with tools like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot, and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and deliverability.
